The Outpatient Therapy Center works with patients and their physicians to provide individualized, one-on-one care. Physical, occupational and speech therapy services with highly trained specialists help patients reach full recovery.

Patients are all different, and so is their specially designed occupational or physical therapy treatment program.

When it comes to reaching a full recovery, there isn't any one-size-fits-all solution. The Outpatient Therapy Center staff works diligently to ensure the best recovery protocol to get patients back to 100% as quickly as possible. Therapy programs available include:

Treatment times are available! 

Stop in Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m.–6 p.m. or Friday: 7 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

For Your First Visit

Your first visit will likely be around an hour long. Please bring your insurance card, valid photo ID and a list of current medications. We ask that you refrain from using your cellphone during your visit. Children may not be left unattended and are required to stay seated throughout your visit for their safety, and our patients'.

It is the responsibility of the patient to verify that insurance covers therapy. Some insurance plans place restrictions on how much therapy is covered and for that reason we highly recommend that patients call their insurer prior to their visit.

Wear comfortable clothes and limit jewelry and cologne/perfume/scents, as strong scents have been proven to cause respiratory distress in patients with certain medical conditions.

You will need to fill out a health history form at the start of each therapy episode. Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure that you have the proper paperwork filled out and up to date.
